Norfolk — The Chrysler Museum of Art’s popular event, “Art Out Loud,” returns Friday the 13th by dabbling in Victorian occultism.
“Art Out Loud: Oracle” runs from 6 to 9 p.m. and invites guests to explore spookier aspects of art.
